Description: 1950-55 Porsche 356 Pre-A Ignition Switch Starter Button - Ivory - Concave Just acquired as part of a large lot of early 356 parts, this switch is in very nice original condition and seems to work well. I've seen people buying this style starter button for their Pre-A 356 cars, and paying top dollar, not knowing that this button is not 100% correct for Pre-A cars. If you look closely, the top of this button is concave when, to be absolutely correct for Porsche vehicles, it should be convex. A small detail that most would never notice and I've seen award-winning cars with this style button but it's still not perfectly correct. Of course, it's still a quality vintage part and not something just out of China! I have included multiple high-resolution photos showing the exact condition of this item. For U.S. customers, I will ship this item for $10.00. For international customers, the shipping and customs quote for this item is based on the eBay Global Shipping Program. Depending on the country in which you reside, there may be less expensive shipping options available. If you wish to explore other shipping options, you must contact me for a shipping quote before making your purchase. If you make your purchase (by using Buy It Now) before contacting me, I will be unable to offer you alternative shipping methods. I’m not a dealer and I don’t do this to make a living. I’m a collector who owns more than a dozen vintage Porsches and I spend a fair amount of my spare time hunting/buying/trading parts for these great cars. All of the parts I have listed on eBay were, at one time or another, purchased for one of my cars or were actually on one of my cars. Have parts for sale or trade? I have multiple cars undergoing restoration right now and I'm always interested in hard-to-find, early parts for 356's, 911's, and 912's. Thanks for looking.
