The guitar is in a true natural light relic condition, with tons of play-wear and finish checking throughout. No Murphy Lab BS or fake aging here... All you see was earned the old fashioned way. The finish has a slightly tacky feel (as nitro lacquer never truly fully cures) that along with the vintage looks and sound, give it the most authentic 50's Les Paul experience you can have without needing a second mortgage. It has that heavily played, broken in feel that's as inviting as your favorite pair of jeans. The hardware and electronics are in have plenty of cool patina and operate as they should with no issues and offer exceptional functionality. It should be noted that the pickups have a particularly sweet and articulate sonority with an uncannily authentic PAF tonality. The guitar includes it's original Gibson USA brown case that has seen plenty of use and looks the part, but the latches are working and the handle is intact.
