The Tuff-Skin antenna will also improve signal strength on your Garmin Astro 220 and 320 GPS Tracking System. Our Tuff Skin Antennas are not one size fits all. We have found through testing that the Tuff Skin Antennas on the DC 30 and DC 40 collars have to be cut at different lengths to maximize the range of these systems. That is the reason we color code our antennas to give you the proper antenna for your system. The black antenna is for the DC 30 tracking collar and the orange antenna is custom made for the DC 40 tracking collar. Installs in less than five minutes: - Just remove the two screws that hold the transmitter / baseplate to the collar. - Then remove the baseplate and slide the collar to the side. - Remove the small screw that holds the antenna in place. - Remove the antenna through the zip-tie. - Take the opposite steps above to install your new TUFF-SKIN Antenna.
