Near Mint/NM: Appears to be Mint at first glance, upon closer look you may find a tiny scratch or tiny marks on the edges that are common in pack fresh cards. Slightly Played/SP: Similar to an NM condition card except there is more whitening around the edges, maybe one edge has a small amount of consistent whitening but no more than that. Moderately Played/MP: There is steady whitening around the edges and even corners but the surface of the card may look fine OR the edges and corners look fine but the surface of the card may have a couple dings upon closer look OR the card has shuffle marks from being shuffled OR there is writing on the front or back of the card. Still a very playable card and blends in well with a sleeve. Heavily Played/HP: There is significant whitening around the edges/corners OR there are creases and/or water damage.
