I am the 2nd owner of this lovely doll and have learned to be quite cautious and to handle the doll as you would a real baby. Silicone collects stray hair & dust particles very easily so if you must clean your doll use a soft makeup brush to dust it and clean it gently with a small amount of dish liquid and lukewarm warm water. (Do not submerge doll in water or use a wash cloth or sponge, only wash gently with your hands.) After bathing, pat dry gently with a soft cloth or towel until fully dry then you can use a soft make up brush to apply baby powder over the entire doll, this keeps them from being too shiny or having a sticky feeling to the touch. Do not use anything other than baby powder on the doll! No lotions, no baby wipes and especially nothing containing isopropyl alcohol! Do not tug on its appendages, do not lift it by just an arm or leg, or force open its mouth as you may ruin the doll. Do not keep the doll in direct sunlight. Use extreme caution around fire or heat! Store the doll in a cool, dry environment to keep it safe. The manufacturer recommends this doll for ages 3+ however, younger children may not handle and care for the doll correctly so adult collectors are preferred. Please note that the top of the head has a spot and a seam runs down the center of the back of the doll. This is common in silicone dolls & is not indicative of any damage. This sweet baby girl will come home in a diaper and a preemie outfit (of my choosing) and wrapped in a new or gently used baby blanket. This item is pre-owned.
