Antique figural French barometer & clock Samual Marti Paris working 1860

As far as we can tell the clock is relatively untouched and in original condition, on the left side the leaf foliage may have been repaired at one point, I believe this is spelter not bronze although it looks like it , we have a video of it running there is a pendulum that was with the clock, a bel chime this is , I was told from the owner it was samual marti , I didn’t see it signed but I didn’t take the bell off .
