Description: Antique white cotton and eyelet corset cover petticoat with rows of tiny pin tucking at the bottom. There's an extra layer of plain white cotton with a ruffle under the pin tucking and eyelet outer layer. There are maybe a couple of tiny stains on the skirt part. There are a few mends in different places. I don't know if you can see them in the photos. The front has buttons, snaps, and ribbon for the closure. It looks like maybe someone had shortened the straps at some point. I'm guessing.
