Description: This is a 1960s - 1970s vintage Avon cosmetic product, branded as "Cameo Decanter: Here's My Heart Cream Sachet." It includes the box and the bottle, a two-toned blue oval with an embossed angelic figure on the lid. It still has some of the original cream inside, although frankly it looks pretty nasty due to the age. It appears to be half-missing, and I cannot tell if it was ever actually used or if it has just shrunk / desiccated over time. I would clean it out and sell as just the bottle, but to be honest, I'm not sure what collectors look for... so, just be aware of what you're getting!
