Based on the ever-popular Nimbus wrap-around sports frame, 'Nimbus Dark' adds a category 4 lens which is the darkest tint available under the standards of ISO 12312. A category 4 lens is perfect for use in extreme sun conditions, including at altitude, whilst being ideal for those who suffer from light sensitivity (photophobia) problems. The Frames Made from a robust yet lightweight TR90 composite, the frames are finished in an attractive matt black color. They feature sprung side arms and rubber side arm extensions for an ultra comfortable fit. The Nimbus frame is designed to fit most adults; a slight built-in flex means the frame will 'mould' itself to your head comfortably. The wrap-around sports shape prevents light intrusion from the sides of your vision. The Lenses Nimbus has lenses cut from an impact-resistant polycarbonate material. Each lens is decentred, to calibrate the field of view such that the slight curvature does not distort your vision. Pouch A microfiber pouch is supplied, that doubles as a cleaning cloth. Conformity Nimbus sunglasses comply with all aspects of ISO 12311 and ISO 12312 standards.
