This is an estimated time due to the need for specific cables, boots, software, and connectors required to program hearing aids. Each manufacture requires specific equipment and in some cases programming parts and equipment need to be ordered to program your hearing aid(s). We have many programming parts and equipment in stock and can often receive, program and ship in 3-5 days.
