These are designed specifically for Cro-Mo steel bikes with standard dropouts with 3/8" axle slots. This inludes old school frames from Mongoose, Webco, DG, Haro, Hutch, GT, Cook Bros, JMC, Torker, VDC, Diamond Back, CW, and many, many other popular brands. Please note that they will not fit the shorter Redline MX-II dropouts. These will also fit the newly re-issued 2007 and newer... SE Racing PK Ripper, Quadangle, Floval Flyer, OM Flyer, Big Ripper, etc. They will also fit... The backside of each Dropout Saver has a protrusion that extends into the dropout to locate the axle and protect the dropout. The large backside surface that mates to the dropout face features a completely radiused outer edge. This prevents an otherwise sharp cornered (90ยบ square) edge from marking or gouging the painted, powder coated, or anodized finish of your frame. They are then tumble finished to remove any sharp edges to protect your frames finish. This leaves them with a raw aluminum finish. They are designed to be used as-is, but you can also send them out to be anodized any color you want.
