First EditionAce Double D-193 PKD cover art by Ed EmshwillerTubb cover art by Ed Valigursky Paperback(my item 1247) SHIPPING: Please see my feedback for shipping practices and service. I do not profit on shipping, and in most cases, the amount charged is less than I actually pay. I pack securely, well protected and with care. If you choose PRIORITY MAIL, should there be any excess overage $ after shipping, I'll send back a partial refund. I have a very large collection of books spanning many topics. A massive gathering of Philip K Dick titles and editions, as well as fine press, signed limited editions, modern firsts, radical movement and conceptual art items. I encourage you to browse my store and categories for a wide range of unique, quality offerings. Condition: SEE IMAGES This is a solid GOOD reading copy. The binding is sound and square although its pulling at the center where it moves from 1 title into the other, I would not fully extend the book but it reads and flips fine. There are also a couple short tears to the spine edges where covers fold. Cover wear and creasing, artwork still attractive. Internally, pages lightly toned primarily in the margins, not brittle. NO markings. NO tearing. NO loose pages. Preserved in an acid-free archival bag. About: Ace D-193. Ace double bound with The Space Born by E. C. Tubb. First publication of this title. Great cover art (Japed) by Emsh and (Tubb) Ed Valigursky. I will happily answer any further questions. Making offers: I certainly can appreciate wanting a better deal, and I've made offers myself on my own purchases. To be up front, if and when you make an offer, I will automatically reject crazy low "give it away" offers. Best not to waste our time. With a more reasonable offer, I will review current pricing for other comparable items out there and either accept, counter or decline submitted offer. If in that review, I find my pricing is already LOW and outdated, I may then increase the price to bring more in line with other offerings. I spend a lot of time sourcing the best offerings, preparing the listings with images and clear descriptions, and price fairly in MOST cases. I remain grateful to all who consider my offerings, and I look forward to serving your needs respectfully and with success.
