Description: Proto 6177A Dial Torque Wrench 3/8 Inch. The range is 0-250 In.-LB. This torque wrench is in very good condition. Has some scratches below the serial number on the side of the dial. Has a couple scratches on the chrome portion on the top area. Has a couple scratches on the black plastic on the top of handle. I could not see any other flaws. The 3/8 inch part that you put a socket on looks new. I’m not sure if this has been used at all. Also comes with case and instruction pamphlet. The case may have scratches. The pamphlet has wrinkles and creases. Very good condition. See pictures.
