Description: Buy it Now!!! ~Ryoji Matsuoka Luthier No. 12 Classical Guitar w/ Hard Shell Case 1970S - Signed~ Beautifully built in the 1970s by Japanese Luthier, this Ryoji Matsuoka Model 12 is a hard-to-find guitar! This guitar features an intricately designed rosette surrounding the sound hole. Ryoji Matsuoka built this guitar out of high-quality tone woods, you'll find that is has a rosewood fretboard, cedar top, double plated mahogany back and sides, a bone nut saddle, and new strings! For an antique guitar it is in great condition, there is some dings and dents that add a plethora of character. It does look like the bridge has been reset at some point in time. This guitar has a natural gloss finish and what I assume is the original hardshell case. The case has some wear. Around all of the curves the leather has separated from the case, I ran out of photographs, but I did include one to provide an example. This guitar is a beautiful piece of music history and would make an excellent addition to any collection!
