The machine was in daily production when Kevin’s sold it to our shop to make way for a new, larger model. We placed the machine and found we needed to have it tweaked following the move and because of the move. Only one operator at our shop learned to use the machine and loved it! We lost that operator when Covid hit, and never refilled her position. We have not fired it back up since then. In all likelihood, this machine will need a pro technician to tweak and fine tune it after it is delivered to your location, as we learned from transporting it to our shop, these steps are commonplace after moving an embroiderymachine.
