Description: This unusual child's book, first published in 1931, then reprinted in 1945, is a full-color picture book, The pages are somewhat slick, and each page was originally 2-ply, presumably to add strength to pages that would be handled with a child's fingers. Over the years, some of the pages have come apart so that a few of the page spreads are currently blank. However, all the pages are tight and secure in the binding. Some pages have some ripping (see photos) but all the words and pictures are still intact. Great nostalgic value.
