Tag reads Alfred Shaheen California Hawaii. Dress is being sold AS-IS with a few TLC issues. Buttons on one shoulder show signs of age. They are fabric covered buttons and they show wear. See pic. There is a stain by the frayed buttons. There is also a stain on the backside at hem. It looks like a water stain. It's possible both stains will come out with cleaning. Dress needs a good cleaning. Items listed are vintage and typically from estate thrift storage. All items are in condition found.
