Description: This listing is for: Vintage Fabric w/ G. C. Murphy Co. Remnant Tag, Maroon/Ivory Knit, 2 yds. x 42" Preowned fabric remnant in New condition. Fabric has the original G. C. Murphy Co. tag that says: "Remnants of Undetermined Fiber Content, 2 yards, Total Price $1.98". The colors in the stripe are: red, orange, brown, ivory, gray, and blue. The knit has a little stretch. The stripe runs selvage to selvage. Please use photos as part of the description (taken with various light sources). This has been stored in a friend's dry dark "fabric" closet for many years, but she is now moving to retirement housing. No odd smells, but may have a slight "been in storage" smell that washing or airing out will remove. I'm guessing this is from the 1980s, but do not know that for certain.
