THE CLOCK AND WATCH STORE Click images to enlarge Description Maker: Hamilton Watch Company c.1950's Model: Kellogg 945 23 Jewel Description: This is a vintage Hamilton presentation pocket watch that is a 945 grade 23 jewel hand winding mechanical movement in a 10k yellow gold filled case with a presentation engraving on the back cover. The watch was recently serviced within the last couple years and is running and keeping accurate time. The movement is sparkling clean showing no signs of moisture damage. The only real fault it has are a couple of small dents on the back cover from normal useage. There are also some light scratches throughout the gold filled case but no wear through to the gold plating and the bow is firm, holding position. It winds and sets smoothly. The movement is actually a size 10 movement that is housed in a larger 12 size case. So, it is being sold as a 12 size watch due to the oversized case. This was one of Hamilton's highest grade watches at the time. I take great care in packaging all the items being sold but, I especially take extra precautions when packing clocks. I do everything I can to prevent your clock arriving damaged. Due to rising costs and some areas no longer being the rates they used to be, I no longer will offer large wall clocks with free shipping. If the clock appears very expensive for S&H, please inquire BEFORE making the purchase and I will check the accuracy of eBay's shipping calculator per your location.
