Description: Pewabic Pottery, Detroit, MI 1903-present This vintage tile has awesome, glossy iridescent glaze colors that include gold, lavendar, brown and gray. Pewabic's iridescent glaze pieces are most sought after by collectors. Depending on which way you view the tile, it has a Y outlined into the clay with a very hand-made feel. Tile measures 6" x 6" x 5/8" thick. It is in great condition; there is a chip on the side that blends into the border, and a small firing line on the bottom edge (see close-up photo). There are 2 chips on back corner; not visible from the front. Never set.
