It is 7 1/4" x 8 1/2" an d48 pages. It shows a little cover wear and the inside pages are fantastic. There isn't any writing or tears. The bind hasn't been fully opened up to break it in. Please let the photos be the best description. Payment is expected within 3 days of auction ending. We don't think that is too much to ask especially since it is only a couple of clicks to pay.
